First time in history: a 30,000-ton tanker owned by Gulf, loaded at an ExxonMobil refinery in Belgium, arrives at the Port of Poti

Gulf Georgia has received a 30,000-ton fuel shipment at the Port of Poti as part of its ongoing efforts to ensure a reliable and secure fuel supply for the Georgian market. The tanker vessel, chartered for the delivery, arrived from Antwerp, Belgium, where the cargo was loaded at an ExxonMobil refinery and transported approximately 5,500 kilometers to Georgia.

The vessel arrived on February 7, delivering one of the larges single gasoline shipments ever imported into the country. The cargo includes G-Force Euro Regular, G-Force Premium, and G-Force Super gasoline grades.

Independent laboraty testing has confirmed that all products fully comply with-and exceed-the European EN 228 quality standard, demonstrating Gulf Georgia's commitment to high-quality fuel and international performance benchmarks.

The entire cargo is fully owned by Gulf Georgia, ensuring full control over product quality, logistics coordination, and supply planning. This guarantees a stable, continuous, and uninterrupted fuel supply to Gulf Georgia service stations across the country.
